 A $15.00 scheduling deposit is required to secure an appointment and will be applied toward the total cost of service. The deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours notice or if no notice of cancellation is provided. In such cases, the customer agrees to forfeit the deposit.
